DataDrive2030 is recruiting a Fieldwork Support Coordinator to join the First Class Conductors Business Unit. This role serves as the primary operational interface for field teams. This role supports the post-training assessor journey, providing direct, ongoing liaison, mentorship, and technical troubleshooting to ensure field teams are fully supported and equipped for high-quality data collection during fieldwork, in support of SO3. The Fieldwork Support Coordinator is the first point of contact for in-field issues and the technical expert for field team setup.

Act as the main operational liaison, providing direct, real-time support and communication to assessors active in the field
Apply technical troubleshooting skills and context-specific knowledge to respond to logistical, procedural, and technical issues related to the ELOM tool, child assessment protocols, and data capturing platforms (e.g. SurveyCTO)
Respond to and triage ad hoc technical and administrative requests from the field
Collect and collate operational feedback from the field to inform the Fieldwork Support Manager and the Workforce Warriors team, contributing to continuous improvement in training and fieldwork support processes
Support the practical steps of the assessor journey following training, including onboarding processes and enrolment for field orientation sessions
Provide technical and administrative setup support to assessors, including:
Navigation of assessment kits, tablets, and fieldwork devices
Orientation to and access of the data collection software interface
Preloading of data to the backend
Liaise directly with assessors before, during, and after fieldwork to communicate the status of ongoing data quality checks raised by Data Divas
Follow up on data discrepancies, required corrections, and procedural data capturing issues to support timely in-field remediation
Update the DD2030 database with revised data points in line with agreed data protocols, in collaboration with the Data Divas team
Work with other Business Units on joint projects and ensure smooth handover of functions at key points
Participate in weekly team meetings and strategy sessions, and support ad hoc tasks arising from these discussions
Represent DD2030 at relevant forums and events
Adhere to DD2030’s Ways of Working and support the delivery of the overall organisational strategy
Bachelor’s degree in IT Support, Informatics, Social Sciences, or a related field with a strong technical or fieldwork component
Trained and accredited as an ELOM Assessor
2–4 years’ experience in technical field support, digital data collection, or fieldwork coordination
Strong working knowledge of mobile data collection platforms (e.g. SurveyCTO)
Direct experience supporting field-based teams (assessors, enumerators, facilitators)
Familiarity with data quality checks and database updates
Experience conducting ELOM assessments is an advantage, not a requirement
Calm, effective technical troubleshooting under pressure
Clear, empathetic communication with field teams
Strong attention to detail in setup, logic, and documentation
Confidence navigating devices, software interfaces, and access protocols
